Framework contracts

We’re pleased to share that Landell Mills’ Frameworks division has recently been awarded a contract under Services for External Action (SEA) 2023 Lot 16 – Evaluation at Intervention Level. This follows our recent contract wins under SEA 2023 Lot 3 – Food Systems, Sustainable Agriculture and Nutrition and Lot 7 – Micro-Economic Analysis, Investment Climate, Private Sector, Trade and Employment.
Titled Final Evaluation Continental Live2 AU-IBAR Programme, the contract will run for 6 months in Kenya, with field missions to Zambia and Senegal. The main objective and aims of the contract are to provide the relevant services of the European Union (EU) and interested stakeholders with:
- an overall independent assessment of the performance of and results achieved by the Live2Africa programme. To improve future interventions, the evaluation will pay particular attention to the programme’s different levels of results measured against its expected objectives, reasons underpinning the results, key lessons learned, challenges faced, and conclusions and related recommendations.
- lessons that can be replicated in other EU interventions in the livestock value chain sectors of countries in the region, especially those implemented by the African Union - InterAfrican Bureau for Animal Resources (AU-IBAR).
- accountability in terms of the use of EU resources in relation to the results of the intervention.
