Training sessions enhance staff knowledge

Our head office staff recently took part in two training sessions to enhance their knowledge of the development sector. Landell Mills Regional Director, Simon Foxwell, gave an informative overview of the disbursement and distribution channels of development funding and of the project planning cycle.

This was followed by a session on value chains and their role in project planning, by Senior Project Manager, Patrick Lee. Patrick gave the example of a value chains contract that Asian Development Bank recently awarded Landell Mills that is helping to develop Timor-Leste's coffee sector. This session will be followed shortly by a training on value chains mapping.
