Evaluation Experts for the EU-Funded Global Framework Contract

Landell Mills has been awarded, as consortium leader, an EU-funded global framework contract. This framework, which commenced on 1st March 2016, involves conducting strategic (rather than project or programme-level) evaluations of the EU’s cooperation with its partner countries, including both spending and non-spending activities, instruments and legislation in order to improve future policy and practices.

We are seeking to recruit high calibre senior consultants (at least 10 yrs experience) and mid-level consultants (5-10 yrs experience) with strong experience in conducting in-depth evaluations for the EU and other donors for the forthcoming evaluation assignments, which are complex in their nature.
